...hello....new to these forums -- was wondering if anyone had any information.
I discovered someone smashed my driver side view mirror -- really just the casing, not the mirror and the automated control still works fine too. The casing appears to be fine and Ive saved that. The plastic panel that held the indicator light was destroyed and the lightbulb inside destroyed too.
Im tempted to simply head to my dealers service dept, but figured it might be a relatively easy repair to do on my own if I knew where/how to locate both the bulb and the plastic casing that houses the light -- I believe the actual housing part of the mirror itself is still fine.

can anyone offer any advice -- and what I might expect in terms of price?
...I think it should be mild, but one never knows....

There's a few volvo recyclers that might have that. What color? What year car? Better yet, do u have a pic?
