I've had this problem for years and maybe it's common enough for someone here to know. The driver's side power seat will only work within about three minutes of opening the door and starting the vehicle cold, after which it will not function.

To get the seat functioning again, I have to turn off the car, wait about five minutes, and then open the driver's side door again. After this, it will again only function for the same three minutes before quitting once again.

As far as I know all the fuses are good but I could've missed one or checked the wrong ones. What would cause an intermittent power seat?

Could be the power seat module is on the way out. Mine was acting squirrely, similar to how you describe before it bit the dust.
