Hey hey,
I was just getting my oil changed, and the guy mentioned that my engine strut mount was hanging. Basically on the drivers side there is something that looks like 0=== this hanging down under my engine, kind of like a dog bone.
The problem is I am absolutely broke, and I am about to make a 2,000 mile trip across the country to start a new job. I know this may sound like an extremely stupid question, but how important is this mount that is hanging? More importantly how much will this cost?
Any information would help.

You can do without it for a little while if you really need to. But don't drive it like you stole it.

Long term will cause more trouble with the other mounts.

I forget the price of the mount but it is easy to install.
