I have a 1999 Volvo S80 and i recently noticed that one of the lids to these fog lights on the bottom of the bumper is missing. Is this hard to put on by yourself? Or is it just a quick pop and it's in?

It's quick. Just push it in and then lock it in place with the tab on the backside.
