Default Fuel line removal

How do you remove the fuel line going into the fuel pump?
How do you remove the fuel line going into the fuel filter?
Do you need a special tool?
What I see on the fuel pump is, the fuel hosegoing intoa plastic connection(or fitting) and the fitting connected to a plastic nipple coming out of the fuel pump.I do not want to break anything and any help would be appreciated.

There is little buttons on both connections you need to push in to release the hoses.

Thanks. I found the button. It was located on the under side of the fitting.I looked closely at it when I pushedit and I could see the inside of the fitting opening.I have not pulled the fuel hose back and off. I think I can remove it now.
I am assuming the fuel line is under pressure. If I leave it sit for awhile will the pressure come down or is there a special way to relieve the pressure?

It might drop some.
You could also push in the schrader valve on the end of the fuel rail CAREFULLY to releive the pressure.
