I have 2006 S80, 12v outlets are not working and appears that most likely a fuse. should be the fuse located under the steering wheel. I removed the two screws but still can not take down the panel to access, what else needs to be done..thanks.

 

The fuse box is on the left side of the dash. If u open the door theres and access panel on the side of the dash, pretty easy job.
