gear shifter

do you know how to release from park position,is there a reset button,is stuck on park,and brake lights dont work.is a 99 s80 t6

It is stuck because the brake lights are not working. If you can cut power to the shifter unit it will come right out of park.

Is your pin switch on the brake pedal broken? That would be the first place I'd start looking.
