hello, I own a 2011 S80 D5, that I purchased used a few months ago, and I just noticed yesterday when I needed to defog the windshield, that I have no Hot air, and that air is always blowing from all vents and directions, I will say 70% of the blow force is coming out from the center vents, while some is felt through the upper dashboard and the lower vents, pushing the button for air redirection does absolutely nothing, it will mark up on the display, but will not change the air flow, I can control the vent speed just fine, and the AC blows cold air.
so any hints where to start looking? could these two issues ( air not changing direction and no hot air) be related?

I have the same issue, need to buy a new climate control module which was 800$ US last I checked. Easy to install, but I believe it has to be programmed by a Volvo dealer (not cheap), said my repair shop. (My name for the part may be incorrect, but it's the actual part of climate control you manipulate in the center console.)
