I have a 2000 s80

I went out to leave for for the other morning and my; power windows, a/c, radio, sun roof, head lights, blinkers, and flashers all stopped working. I tried to jiggle the key to see if they would come back on and nothing happened. I've checked all fuses, its almost as if it seems like half of the fuses in the interior fuse panel have no power.

Could someone please shed some light on this subject. any help would be appreciated. Thank You

 

Just some ideas, is the main car battery fully charged? I've seen some errors pop up on my car when the battery is low but go away when the battery is fully recharged or replaced.
I've also seen some people say that if you remove both the battery terminals and allow the car to sit for a while and then touch negative and positive wire terminals together it will reset the cars computer or a clear any codes.
