if the answer is what I expect, how hard is it to change?

 

Don't know how important it is - slips in a few slots up front, 2 screws in the back. 5 minutes if you are carefull.
My S-70 lost it's airguide in 2005. No problems since then (100,000 miles), maybe I'll replace it someday.
