Hello Again

My front seats in the car ( have beige leather with the alcantara) is kind of.. worn out.. and have found two almost new full leather seats at a good price.

They both have power seats as my own. My questions are as following :

Is it a pain in the *** to swap the new seats out with the old ones?

And.. Mine has the speaker build in the headrest for the telephone, but the new seat doesn´t
Is it possible to "un-mount" it from the old seat with the wiring and "mount" it in the new one?
