Talking Installing a Diesel Air Heater

Hi there Ive been contemplating installing a Diesel Air Heater in the Volvo for some time, Now this wouldn't be connected to the Water to heat the Engine etc, this would be in the Boot, just to blow hot air into the car.
Has anyone ever done this? Where did you put the Exhaust? OR without Drilling holes everywhere, where might be a good place to put the unit and where to vent the Exhaust?
Any help or suggestion is very welcome

Cheers
Glen

Lol The Heater needs an Exhaust but Im more wondering where best to put it, is there any preexisting holes I could use in the Boot, as I dont want to be drilling if I dont need to
