Recently i have been seeing a few S60's and S80's pop up on sites like craigslist and kijiji after getting wrecked, wondering if there ar eparts i can use on my 99 like tail lights, headlights, interior parts like center console, dash parts, stereo, cd changer.. ect

 

As long as it's the same model and year the parts should fit. Headlights, upholstery, console, etc., should be the same. Some of the S60 parts will work on an S80 but some of them are different. I don't know if you'd have any problems with the electronics because a lot of them are specific to the car.
