Default Lower Torque Mount Replacement

2002 S80 2.9

Hi everyone, I had the car hoisted the other day for an oil change and saw that my lower torque mount bushings are completely hardened and falling apart...
This could actually help to explain why I eat through upper torque mount bushings in a matter of less than a year..

So, is there any way that I can change just the bushing for the lower torque rod (as I would the upper) or do I have to replace the entire thing. If so, how much would it be? The cheapest I have found so far is $65 on www.eeuroparts.com because I dont think FCP carries it..

Also, how hard would it be to change?

Thanks everyone..
