So I opened the hood of my car (99 S80) and noticed I'm missing a cap but I'm not exactly sure what it is for. The tank is right next to the transmission dip stick. Also, where can I find a replacement?

Can you post a pic so we know exactly what you need?

 

Sounds like the brake fluid reservoir. Get a cap on there asap before the fluid absorbs a bunch of moisture. Might have to get it from the dealer. You could also try http://www.erievovo.comor http://www.vandsautodismantlers.com
