Navteq Navigation CD's
Has anyone had any luck using Navteq Navigation CD's from other car makes? I just purchased a '99 S80 but there were no cd's with the navigation system. I've been watching eBay, and there seems to be many BMW, Mercedes, and others, but Volvo CD's are rare. Just wondering if other cd's might work.
