Default ODBII codes p0154 and p0158

Does anyone know what the two codes together might signify? According to my generic OBDII reader, the p0154 is "bank 2 sensor 1 no activity", and p0158 is "bank 2, sensor 2 circuit high voltage". I've seen p0154 referenced in the Forums, but cannot find any reference to p0158. Anyone?

thanks

This is only a guess but look for a short in the wiring to Oxygen sensor bank 2, sensor 2. I once had a short develope right where the wires come out of the sensor body.
Cheapest sensors I have seen to date are on Amazon.com (strage but true).

0154 is a rear o2 sensor (cant remember which side) , not detected or something along those lines, surprisingly mine has not thrown off fuel economy....so i keep driving with it,

try disconnecting the battery for a minute and reconnecting it again, see how long it takes for the code to come back, mines takes a different amount of time, sometimes a week and sometime just a few days

also if the display screen has not shown any messages like "emission system service required" then i would not worry for now
