OK so I'm getting a prodigious amount of oil getting pushed past my freshly rebuilt pax side turbo (rebuild was done in response to this problem). Sent it over to my mechanic to have pcv checked out but the more I think about it the more i question if the pcv is my problem. The oil is ONLY blowing out of the pax side turbo, if the problem was in pcv wouldn't I get oil out both sides?

This leads me to believe it may be the oil return line on the turbo. Does this make sense to anyone else?

The previous owner had been told it was some type of "check valve" that needed replacing. Can anyone make sense of what that may have been?
