Oil in turbo outlet pipes!!!

Angry Oil in turbo outlet pipes!!!

Got back from big drive and smelled burning oil. Got home and found some oil on top of the turbo sheilds followed it up and dissasembeled the 2 plastic discharge pipes from the turbos and found oil inside the pipes and some dripping out. What is the problem? turbos shot?

The turbo's might have seized up. Remove the aluminum pipes and check the turbo's.

I pulled the pipes and they apear to be good put some rubber hose around the hose connection reasembeled and ran car seems good so far but not sure could it be a PCV issue
