I do not own this car, I'm a searching this for a friend.

Every time we hit the brakes, only the third brake light comes on. The two lights in the tail lights will not turn on.

I've never owned/researched/ or have done anything to or with Volvos, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone mentioned the 'Steering Wheel Module fuse' in another thread.

Going to try that out and then check back.

Any help is appreciated.

 

There is a relay in the back fuse panel in the trunk that goes bad. I forget the exact location but they are known to go bad and cause that issue.
