Default Really dumb question: oil change

Okay, I'm not afraid to do some of the work on my car. 2002 s80 T6.

Where is the oil filter? I've got skid plates galore under there and can't see a darn thing. I'm assuming this isn't just some normal fram filter. I've seen lots on ebay. Are they okay? The dealer here wants a stupid amount, just for the filter, let alone a whole change.

Can anyone post the instructions on changing the oil and filter?

Also, the car has 64,000km on it, I think the fuel filter needs changing. Anyone tell me where it is?

Thanx.

You need to remove the big plastic cover under the engine. There is I think 7 12mm screws holding it on.
Then the oil filter will be in the oil pan on the right side of the car.You will need a special wrench to remove the housing. Then you will need to install a new oil filter cartridge.

The fuel filter is located on the right side of the car just in front of the R/R tire.
