rear passenger door doesn't open

Default rear passenger door doesn't open
I'm trying to trouble shoot a rear passenger door that won't open from the inside or outside. The door isn't locked (I tried that 10 times).

It's in a 1999 S80.

Any input is appreciated.

The lock assembly might have gone bad all together. Usually the door panle gets trashed trying to get it off when the door is stuck shut.

So do you have an idea what a new lock assembly and a inside door panel would cost? I'm trying to sell the car and I have to give an honest idea of the price to fix it.

Best would be calling the dealer and pricing it out.
