Unfortunately someone hit the passenger mirror and pretty much completely broke the thing off.

I need to replace the unit.

What is the easiest way to go about this? I have a 2007 S80. It does not have the backup camera.

I found one on ebay in the exact color (Shimmer Gold) but the seller never sent it or responded to my messages so I had to involve ebay and they refunded me the money.

There are several available at decent prices but not the right color. Should i just buy one and get it repainted? Who knows how long it will take to find one the exact right color.

And how hard are they to mount? Anyone ever had to change one?
