replacing the s-80 fuel door hinge
My fuel door broke off last night. I sure I need to buy a new hinge from the dealership. How do I go about removing the old hinge? I'm not sure how to attach the new one either. Thanks for the help.

You should see 4 holes on the Hinge that has 4 pins in there. You have to hammer the Pins in to get them out.
Then the hinge will come off.
When you get the new one the Pins will be sticking out of the front of the Hinge. Break them off and open the Holes slightly.Then install the pin in the hole. I always insert the pin Upside down. You will see why when you break them off. Alittle bit always stays on the side where it breaks off.
BUT make sure you attach the Hinge to the door before installing it.
