Default s80 2000

Hi anyone

I'm planning to do a total transmission flush on my 2000 s80 at 90K miles. Looking for a detail (step-by-step) of the flushing. Used to just drain out by removing the oil pan method which I learnt just a partial removal of the old oil. Also what would a good brand to use or the oil.

thanks

I went to a local trans shop that I trust, they did it for 99.00, I also used a 20.00 coupon from my local yellow pages, heck the fluid alone was 50.00, they used a machine that completly flushed the transmission, they also took me in the back of the shop and decribed how the process was done, in and out in an hour. my s80 is a 2000 at 114,000

Have yu used the shop before? Or was it your first time. Any special precaution you noticed that one needs to be aware of while hooking up to the machine in the shop? Or was it as straight forward as disconnecting some hose(s) and hooking up to the machine?
What oil brand did they used?

for the past 25 years I have off and on used this shop, I trust them, I do auto collision and I know value when I see it, the machine is connected to the trans lines and the car is started and the good goes in and the bad goes out, they buy bulk fluid, 55 gal drum, the brand? dont know, but for 25 years if dealing with this shop I have never had a problem, also, any repair shop that is willing to take you back in the shop and show you what they do is trying to treat you like family, in most cases, and want you to be a repeat customer, at my shop, young, old , customer, and maybe customer is treated to a tour of the shop, hey, we all want to go to the emerald city and see whats behind the curtain! when I do this, people always leave the car!
