I have an 04 s80 awd turbo which has 70k, a few issues... the front end clicks on the front both sides when i shift in and out of park and when downshifting at stops and slow take offs. The second issue is the car hesitates when letting off and pushing pedal. OH YEAH..LOL why does the radio pick up engine noise on such a new car with very poor station availability. Thanks

 

Have the engine mounts checked on the car.

Are you talking about AM?

If so Volvo has the worse setup for AM reception.

 

Thanks, no the fm reception is horrible. Ill have the engine mounts checks but a friend that listened says it sounds like its coming right out of the wheels in the front?

 

Maybe the booster for the radio is bad. Or the wire in the booster fell out.

The booster is located in the back of the car in the C-pillar. Between the little back window and the rear window.
