Hi, I'm new to the forums. Just purchased my 03 xc90 6 months ago. I'm experiencing a pretty nasty clunking noise and vibration just on deceleration. Happens all the time weather I'm driving in a straight line or turning, it feels like my right front wheel is going to fall off. Not sure if it might be front differential, doesn't happen when I accelerate. Would appreciate and suggestions.

 

It could be many things.
I would first check brake discs, engine mount (right bottom and front hydraulic) , bushings...

 

highly recommend you looking under the SUV and inspect the front axle bearing, also the stuff mention above. do not wait too long...

 

go on swedespeed.com xc90 board they have a sticky that may relate to your problem. it sounds like an engine mount or suspension component (bushing, ball joint) is shot.

 

I'm new to the forum not sure where to start, 2004 xc 90 rear passenger side window stopped going up or down, can hear motor inside working when button is pressed. Any thoughts on troubleshooting this
