Default S80 LED Headlights

Hey I recently purchased really nice White LED headlight bulbs for my car. Once I installed them I got a feedback error telling me that I had a bulb failure. Can anyone tell me how to get the error to go away? I know that I can just push the acknowledgment button but it still is a pain and I would like it if the error was not there. I think I would have to put a resistor in line somewhere. If anyone has done this or can help that would be great. Thanks! FYI the headlights look amazing I would recommend them to everyone.

I remember seeing a post when installing HID lights and they drill a hole in some fuse that eliminates this error coding.

You would need to put a resistor in line to fool the system, short of that, no way to avoid the error message.

i thought this would be caused by not using a canbus kit? hence why everyone uses the canbus kits now in order to aviod these problems, you can now get anti error coded LEDs now from 501 bulbs to Festoon bulbs

I got this error code when i did a projector retrofit and used 35 watt ballast HID kit, didn't try drilling the hole of that shim or whatever it was however i did some reading and was told that some 55 watt ballasts get rid of the error code, so i will be getting a set on the 10th, i hope this works because i hate seeing that stupid code.
