My 2000 S80 T6 has a loud whining noise when I rap it up. Is that the turbo's I'm hearing? The dealer say's it's the tranny. They put in a software upgrade that didn't do anything to the whining but made it perform worse. It used to spin the tires and now won't even come close. Tech, what do you think the whining could be? Also, I had the ETM upgrades/replacements about a year ago. Are there new upgrades now? Thanks

 

What Software did they just install?

Does it change when you put it in Nuetral and coast at higher speeds?
