Default Stalling, Airbags & Stereo...

Hi All,

I own a 2000 S80 T6 with 160k. First off, I love the car; it's super comfortable and, if you "get on it", it will fly. I have owned this car for 1 year. Now the issues...

Roughly 3 months after I bought it, the CD changer stopped working. One day it was fine and, the next, inoperable, with a message that say's, " CD Error". It has 4 CD's in it and won't give them back!

Next: This winter I got stuck on a very steep driveway that was icy. I tried for well over an hour to get up that driveway but no dice. It got to the point that I got out of the car, very angry, and I slammed the drivers door. When I turned back around, I saw this "mist" in the air. Guees what the "mist" was? The drivers-side curtain airbag deployed!!!

And, finally, today, whenever I came to a stop, the car would stall. It did this all the way home; everytime I took my foot off the gas, it would stall.

HELP!!!
I should tell you I am NOT mechanically inclined, so I'm figuring this is going to cost me some $$$

Thanks in advance.

Have same problem with my CD. Took stereo out and apart, took the CD's out. Cleaned everything put it together and still nothing. So I gave up.
Try disconnecting the battery for about 30 minutes, the reconnect and see if you can then eject the CD's.
The factory service manual says you can eject the CD's by pulling a plug out of the back of the radio the re-inserting it but when I did this it set the air back warning lite. Needed someone with special equipment reset it. Do not unplug or plug in the radio unless the battery is disconnected!

Had a similar problem with stalling. First time turned out the turbo pressure blew off one of the air duct hoses between the turbo and the intercooler.
Secong time I blew a sensor out of the air duct between the intercooler and the electronic throttle module. Put it back in then wrapped a tie wrap around it to keep it from happening again.

When this happened also set a engine code which needed to be cleared.
