My steering wheel is gettin harder and harder to turn.....

like for instance, if i take a turn about 10- 20 mph like a 90 degree turn or "u-turn" the steering wheel gets hard to turn...

if i turn it sometimes i hear it creaking.....

I think the fluid is a little less than half, so maybe the pump?

At start up everything works fine and then as im driving it feels like its stiffening up...

The steering system is sealed, you shouldn't be losing fluid. You need to get that checked out, hopefully it's just the pump.

The power steering tank was leaking before, they replaced the tank, might be leaking again?

That could be a possibility. Do you know where the tank is located?

Good, have you noticed any fluid puddles near the pump?

Huh?!? I had my steering go out in my Grand Prix and it ended up being quite a mess$$$$$. The way it was explained to me by the mechanic is that the steering system is sealed so there should be little to none in regards to fluid loss. Have you tried refilling the fluid and then monitoring to see whether or not you are still losing any?

Starting to sound like your going to need a whole power steering rack.

Yep. I would make sure it's not something smaller first. Get the steering system inspected so you know exactly what the issue is.
