2001 s80 145,000 non turbo, runs great idles good then surges at idle,good surge better be holding brake,other than that runs well.code says camshaft positioning sensor,was also told cvvt,no one list a cvvt they do list a vvt, are we talking same thing here? any help appreciated wife is not happy you know..thanks for help

 

You might also want to try cleaning the throttle body.
They should be the same thing.
