Default TECH HELP!

Tech...I just put back in the ABS...All is reconected but I have one question. There are two air lines coming off of the top cover of the air filter box. One goes to the bottom of the air filter box the other to the top of the engine compartment I guess. I am not sure which one goes where. The connectors on the top cover are black and silver.

OK I hooked it up the way I thought it was and took the car for a drive. It seemed fine. When I started the car the idiot lights went on for a moment then all went off and I drove the car for about 10 minutes and all was ok and no brake lights or the triangle light came on so I assume the ABS module is working ok. I will have to change one of the air hoses as the end is coroded.

Sorry I didn't catch in time. But for those hoses it really doesn't matter.

Does the igniton switch feel kinf of sloppy?

If the electrical part is going bad it can do that. The ignition switch will also affect the headlights and shiftlock.

no all that seems fine. The oly other thing I noticed but it also stopped after a few minutes was that the info screen that gives you the mpg how many miles till emoty etc...was acting funny as I went through the different options to lok at. That only lasted a brief time also. Could the computer have been resetting since I put the rebuilt abs module in?

I guess it is possible but I would watch and see it still might be the ignition switch going bad.
