Tech, I need help

2004 S80 - when I crank engine "coolant low,turn off engine safely" or something like that comes on. It goes off in about 3 seconds. Had coolant checked and it was ok. What now?

All ground connections good?
Battery low on power?

Where exactly is the coolant level in the bottle?
