sorry no pic but i have two lines (brown plastic) one large one smaller both lines are hanging down from to the ground.. i can see that there were some brackets that held them up with like 3 of them are no longer there.. they go from center fuel tank area up to behind the engine area in the center of the car.. one apears to contain motor oil as i got some dark brown almost black think fluid residue on it.. or maybe it came from above im not sure.. anyway just wondering if anyone know what the lines are for.. thanks

 

There should be a long cover that goes over them.
They are the fuel pressure and return lines, and also the evap system hoses.

 

hmmm i wonder how they came off and where the cover went.. i guess for now i have to just prop em up or something.. since there isnt oil in them now i have to find out where thats comming from .. i was thinking turbos since its in that area and i was pretty sure they were oil cooled but looking at it just now i can see antifreeze lines going to them so i guess they are liquid cooled unless both.??

The only lines that run under the car are the gas lines.

 

ok they are fuel lines for sure.. while under there i also found a large gold colored nipple near the right side turbo (looking forward) wich apears to be leaking oil... i will try to tighten the niple it looks like a brake bleed valve i cant tell if anything should be hooked up to it im about to take off the skid plate underneath for closer inspection.. theres also (one per turbo) a metal cylender shaped thing with a rubber hose comming ofrom it and out of the other side is a metal rod (1/4" or so) and it goes to the exaughst.. it looks like a mechanical linkage maybe to engage/disengage boost when at a stop or at a certain throttle position i cant tell. the linkages are all rusty maybe they are effecting the boost. this sucks i have a long night ahead. lol

 

The Nipple should be&nbsp\\;for the coolant drain from the block.

 

not sure... its pretty much right on the turbo and its leaking oil.. i have to check again. i didnt get to get into that stuff tonight cause i was busy fixing the bumper. thanks
