Default tires

Just wondering, I just got some michelin pilots A/S sport tires for 850$ mounted and balanced with road hazard warranty, do you think I got a good deal on them? Plus I get free tire rotations and balancing/alignment for the entire life of the tire..

I think I did good lol?

I just put those tires on my S80 today (for more money &on sale & without the road hazard) so it sounds like a pretty good deal to me.Kinda wanted the road hazard but didn't want to spend the extra money. I was wondering since youhave had these awhile, how do you like them?

While were on the topic of tyres, I run Yokohama AS430's on my S80.. (500treadwear, AA traction, A temp) and paid about 140 each...

Thesetires are great, Love how they handle in all weather. I think I put close to 12000 miles on them, and they still looknew. I've regularly rotated them as well, which reminds me its time to rotate again lol.I have heard from some people that these tires tend to wear fast, but for me that doesnt seem to be the case.

Where did you happen to buyyour michelins?

I read some reviews that said they wore fast, but most people said they didn't. I got mine at Sears. They were on sale and I still paid around $890.00 without the road hazard. However, I DID get 6 months no interest on my Sears card. LOL I am glad to hear you like yours, I hope mine are as good as I expect them to be. I have just had a job transfer and have to drive appx. 120 miles perday so I wanted really good tires. From all reviews I have read they seem to handle really good on wet roads. Where did you get yours?
