Default Tires for 2007 Volvo S80

My 2007 Volvo S80 3.2 is in need of new tires. Living in the Chicago IL area, I'm looking for a good all season tire with good ride and long tread life. My Michelin's that came with the car only got 45,000 miles and now need to replaced. Any feedback from fellow S80 users would be appreciated.

+1 for the conti DWS, will be replacing the Pirellis as they wear out with these...

I would, have never been a fan of GY, or Mich. The Contis have a really good treadwear # and warranty, I do not know how they compare to the GY/Mich in that regard, I believe price of the Contis is better. I do have a buddy with a V70R, that swears by the Mich pilot sport something or other.

OMG, yes!! Especially the Pilots. These are crap once they start to wear. My Mazda 6 years ago came with these and I could not wait to get rid of them.
