Default URGENT!!!!odometer fraud-Volvo S80

I suspect the odometer in my Volvo S80 has been tampered with. This car's odometer had 21,214 when purchased. However, I am having problems with oil leaking. This car also lost all power in the middle of a traffic light @ 32,192 miles. The alternator, bleeder hose, coupling, casing & battery had to be replaced. The car also has interior damage that just doesn't make sense for a low mileage car. Plus the dealership lied to me about the previous owner. He said it was a one owner personal vehicle, but it was a commercial lease vehicle. How do I find out if the odometer has been tampered with? Is there a specialist who can go into the computer and find out?

Thank so much for your kind help.

Commercial Lease means leased to a company - many professionals lease their cars this way.

Tampering with or knowingly misrepresenting an odometer mileage reading is illegal under federal law, which classifies the crime as a felony, carrying penalties of up to three years in prison and/or a $50,000 fine per violation

Dealers won't usually risk it for a few grand.

again - get the history from volvo

the cluster must have came from a different car, and was not programmed correctly by the dealership if at all.
