Default Vibration Under acceleration

I have a 2000 T6 with 100K and have been struggling with diagnosing a heavy vibration during acceleration. Recently replaced the upper and lower-front torque rod mounts, and replaced the passenger-side axle. Vibration is strong as I can feel it in the cabin, but not much in the steering wheel. When the car goes in and out of drive/reverse I can also hear a clunk like something is taking up slack - sound is coming from the drivers-side. How do I determine if this is a mount issue or possibly a bad inner CV joint on the left side? any ideas would be great.
