I have S80 2010 having B5254T(11) engine. It has driven 200 000 km and runs just fine but when cold starting, it makes odd noise some 10 secs and then it nearly disappears. It’s possible to hear it when driving. Any suggestions where it comes from and how urgent it is to repair. I drive very little. Here is a YouTube video where you can hear the noise clearly.
