-Hi Everyone... I'm in the market for a new vehicle and I'm interested in getting a 2nd generation S80. I need some help with a vehicle I saw on the road today. Something about it just stood out from the other S80's I've seen, but I'm not quite sure what.

I know it was a 2nd gen vehicle and had a 3.2L engine. The other specific thing that caught my eye was that there was a little emblem behind the back window. I only saw it briefly, but it appeared to be a shield or crown or something of the sort. Can anyone help me with what this shield signified? Was it denoting an R-design vehicle, do they make an R-design S80?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is the executive package available on all trims? 3.2/T6/V8. I previously only thought it was available on the V8 models, but obviously it must be available on the 3.2 as that was what I saw today.

 

I really don't know all the package options since I'm a tech and not a salesman. If you're looking new, the V8 isn't around anymore though. I know how I've worked on a couple with both the V8 and I6, just don't remember what years they were.
