Will 225-55-17 tires fit 2001 S80. Car came with 225-50-17 and I want to change to a tire that is only available in 225-55-17.
I figure the speedo will be off 3.4% but unsure if the larger OD will fit. Existing tire is 25.9", replacement tire is 26.8".
Tread width is different too - existing is 7.6, replacement is 7.1.

Thanks for the info - the left tire on now sometimes rubs just a little when turned hard to the right.
