Default Window

The passenger side window on my 2000 S80 will not go up and down either one touch or if the button is held the car only has 15,000 miles on it and it should not be an issue what should I expect both price and part when it goes in for service? It seems to be more of an issue in the cold.Thank you for any help

Does it work sometimes and not at other times?
Or does it just not work at all ever?

Could be many things. The window switches are actually control modules.
If there is a code that could affect the window working.
