The passenger side power seat quit working. There is now sound when operating any of the switches. The other functions connected to the fuse are working. The driver side seat is working properly. It also seems the the seat back is fully vertical and the seat is fully raised. Any thoughts?

could be a switch or the circuit breaker or the wiring. What happens if you put 12V directly to the seat motor? Did you check connections to the seat as well? sometimes the wiring under the seat can get damaged when something was put under the seat - like a foot :-)
