According to the DMV website to register an out of state vehicle in Nevada, I have to fill out a vehicle inspection certificate form. There is a question on it regarding the Federal Certification Safety Label and Emissions Label if I have one. I am not sure if this apply's to lower weight vehicles like my car or light duty trucks. Does anyone know where this is located on the Volvo S90?
