loud squeeks

Default loud squeeks

removed my pass rear wheel brake pads then turned the hub and it still squeeked loud could it be the bearing dont know what else could be the prblem any suggestions would appreciate it.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The parking brake is in the hub. Could be the parking brakes. Usually the bearings would make the turning motion feel a little rough, like not smooth.

If it's from the steering column, it's likely the steering angle sensor (part of the ESP system) that's making the noise. "A musclecar, by definition, is a powerful and sporty vehicle that must be able to spin its tires at will.

in fact when i took of the tire there was an indention on the tire . i rotated the tires and now its quiet.
