2000 V40 Rear Folding Seat latch Busted

2000 V40 Rear Folding Seat latch Busted
Howdy guys, my 2000 v40 rear seat latch is busted in the lock position, and cant fold down the passenger side rear seat. The little pull handle is broken loose and free floating. Anybody know of a way to manually unlock it without the handle?
