Couple issues really, fist one, I keep getting random warning light on the dash. None of them stop the car and all the things they say are an issue are working e.g. day time running lights, tyre pressure, stop start (actually that doesn’t work), it has shown a brake issue and other stuff but all has been fine. Form looking online it sounds like a common problem with the connectors eroding in the drivers footwell and glove box?

however now my key fob has stopped working, I can open the car with the manual key, then put the key in the Ignition and the car starts fine, if I turn the engine off and get out, press the key fob to lock the car it locks fine and then can unlock it again with the fob no problem. However if I park and leave it for a couple of hours I need to do it all again, really odd?

so the fob works but appears to lose connection with the car if it’s away for a while?

any thought would be great as don’t have the money to spend on endless investigation!
