i need a new key fob for my 1999 v40 diesel estate . where is the cheapest place to get a replacement in fife .

 

I am looking to repair my key fob. It is so worn out that I have to strap the key and the fob together using masking tape and ti-raps!

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Sadly I have yet to find a such thing as a cheap fob. My keyless remote works great still but is wrapped in 3 layers of tape. Recently someone started posting some auctions on ebay for the fob casings which I got excited about but he is selling 2 for $40. Not worth it in my eyes. I wouldn't pay more than $3 for a replacement key for my apartment door at Home Depot let alone $40 for a remote case PLUS shipping. I would simply perfect the art of creative taping. But that's just my take on the situation.
