Alarm Problem
I was going to post on here for help but i managed to fix it myself so i will pass on my knowledge about fixing it:
A very easy fix, the alarm would not arm, after checking threads for other models i went straight to the switch under the bonnet (located next to the bonnet (Hood for Americans) securing catch),
The switch had become dislodged from the plastic plate it sits on, it was just a case of securing it back on and wrapping a tiny cable tie around it it all works fine now and sounds like a railroad crossing siren when it goes off.
I would also recommend give it a good clean because it was very clogged up with oil and general dust, i gave it a spray with WD40 oil and it all just fell off.
My plan B was going to be to replace that switch with the type of switch used on the doors costing approx £1 (uk pound) approx 50 cents from any discount motor store
